Martial arts are traditions of combat practiced for a number of reasons such as self-defense; military and law enforcement applications; competition; physical, mental, and spiritual development; entertainment etc. Dedicating to this core tenet of martial arts practice in itself brings increased poise, attention, and awareness, not to mention physical techniques, that can be used in situations to defend and protect oneself. Martial arts helps to Gain Self-Defense Tactics, develops Overall Self-Confidence, improves Socialization Skills, boost Physical Health, relieves Stress, improves Mindfulness and develop a Healthy Lifestyle. Martial Arts workshop was conducted at AECS-2, Mumbai.
